Affective Conversion happens when a person steps into personal responsibility for their emotional healing and development. At first “responsibility” and “emotions” in the same sentence might seem awkward. We often think of emotions as hardwired into some deep part our brain and triggered by events and moments in life. But what if we have more control over our emotions than we might think? What actions can we take in our lives to step into emotional healing and development?
