Acts 15 is one of the most instructive texts for The Church today. At the inception of Jesus’ Church, ethnic superiority stood in the way of God’s plan for cultural diversity in a harmonious, unified Christian community. How can we as a church in a world that is still plagued by bigotry model true acceptance of people from all ethnicities and manifold cultures? I share this message with the hope that as we do in every other area of life and ministry, we will look to the wisdom of Scripture to illuminate our way! I trust this message speaks to you as deeply as it has to me.
