Throughout the year, there are ample opportunities to gather in meaningful settings to build deeper friendships and impact our city. And as we gather, not only will your friendships grow deeper but I trust you will also be inspired in your faith, be encouraged in our journey, and be challenged in your devotion to Christ! As we endeavor together to build the church Jesus envisioned, to love the world He died to save, let’s never forget the work always begins with the Holy Spirit building the character of Christ in us…while we are in community together!

This is our weekly youth service for middle & high school students. Bring your students for an amazing time of fun, friendship and Biblical instruction. The service starts at 7pm.

4 – Building Workday 311 Selden Rd, Newport News
Join us from 5-8pm for a time of interior projects including clean up, painting and DIY projects around our property as we steward this gift God has given us for His glory. Dinner and drinks are provided. Please come dressed to get dirty!
6 – Worship & Prayer 311 Selden Rd, Newport News
We will have a one hour worship and targeted prayer time together on the first Thursday of each month in 2025. Please join us in the chapel from 7-8pm as we spend time in God’s presence and pray together.
7 – American Red Cross Blood Drive 311 Selden Rd, Newport News
Every quarter we come alongside the Red Cross by hosting a blood drive on our property. At each drive we collect enough blood to impact and even save the lives of nearly 100 people. Come be a part of a practical but powerful way to serve our neighbors by donating blood. The hours are 1-6pm and you can click here and search “city life” to schedule your donation.

Immediately following our service, we will have coffee and donuts outside for everyone….with a focus on welcoming and meeting new folks! Every time there is a 5th Saturday in a month we take our service outside of the four walls of 311 Selden Road and serve in different capacities in our region.
