Guardrails are highly useful. And it didn’t take a driver’s license or running into one for me to learn that. All it took was playing Mario Kart as a kid and driving on the stressful final race track- Rainbow Road. It was stressful because the edges were without guardrails, and falling off was inevitable. In life, it’s inevitable that we’ll make mistakes. But we will often find that our greatest regrets in life could have been minimized or altogether avoided if we put up guardrails. We put up guardrails when we recognizing a standard we want to embrace and put people and strategies in place to keep us from drifting from it. God graciously gives us many guardrails- and tonight we look at how they’re a game-changer that can reset the course for your whole life!
