We love church on Saturday! People need time for rest, time for family, even time for adventure. We call that time Sunday. Let us give you the gift of a day…welcome to Saturday church!
REST…we have positioned our worship service on Saturday in order to reach people who have lost space for rest and are ready to be reawakened to a life defined by a passion filled relationship with God!
By having our weekend worship service on Saturday evening, we have created an open day in your schedule every weekend. Don’t fill this day with the tasks of life. Be strategic. Be intentional. Keep Sunday sacred! Make it a day to be refreshed. And whether you find rest through fun activities or taking it easy around the house, wake up Monday feeling rejuvenated!
RELATIONSHIPS…church provides opportunity for community that is vital for a fuller, more meaningful life. At City Life, we are able to make space for those relationships to form not only on Sunday but on Saturday too! After service, we connect over dinner, spend time together in each other’s homes, and meet up at local events to enjoy the evening.
Beyond personal relationships…being on Saturday, we are able to partner with other churches in a unique way. One thing that we believe God has called us to do is to promote unity among local churches in every community in the 757. In each city where we have a campus, God has created an amazing partnership with other local churches that enables us to serve our communities together with a Kingdom minded vision…collaboration not competition!
REACHING…with service on Saturday evening, you also now have unique opportunities in your schedule to reach out to neighbors and friends who need a church home.
Scripture teaches us that eternal life isn’t only measured on the time continuum but also by depth. The life we have in Christ is eternal because it is immeasurable in both time and fulfillment! We believe that when we devote our lives to Jesus Christ, He doesn’t just promise us life after death, but a life on this earth full of meaning, purpose, and significance. And with that, He has invited us to be a part of helping others discover and embrace their eternal destiny!
